A revista norte-americana “Out”, voltada para o público gay, escolheu o clássico de David Bowie, “The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars”, como o disco mais gay de todos os tempos.O álbum, que conta com sucessos como “Starman” e “Five Years”, deixou para trás outros nomes conhecidos, como The Smiths, Tracy Chapman e Elton John.
O top 100 foi organizado com diversos jurados, não só da música, mas também atores e personalidades.
